An attendee list will be supplied to all attendees including exhibitors and partners. If you do not wish to have your details on the delegate list please ensure you indicate this on your registration form.
Please note any dietary and special (Example mobility or sight) requirements when registering for the conference. All dietary and special requirements will be forwarded to the venue.

The dress code throughout the conference is neat casual. The dress code for each function is indicated in the function description on the Social Program page.

The electrical supply is 240 volts, 50Hz. The connection for appliances is a flat 3-pin plug of unique design. Most hotels provide 110 volt outlets for shavers.

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Conference Organising Committee nor International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Conference Organising Committee and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Conference Organising Committee and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
Delegates are asked to set their mobile phones to silent when in sessions.
Name badges will be issued when registering at the Conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the Conference and social functions. Entry may be denied if no name badge is displayed.
We are pleased to confirm that there is a public Parents’ Room available on Level 2 of the ICC for parents to use during their time at the conference. Each Parenting Room has a feeding area, change tables, and a food preparation area with a microwave, sink and hand towels. These rooms are not staffed by any ICC Staff or child carers; but are available for any event attendee to use.
International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
