All registrations require payment by credit card online at the time of registration. However, for standard registrations a tax invoice is available on request. Online payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard only.
Should you require a manual registration form this can be requested with the Registration Manager at registration@anzsgmconference.org. Please note there will be a charge of $40 administration fee for all manual registrations. Onsite registration will be charged the appropriate late registration rates plus a $40 manual processing fee.
A late fee of $50 will be implemented after Wednesday, 5 May 2021 for all in-person and virtual registrations received after this date.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are limited in-person registration options available. Please ensure you register your attendance promptly to secure your spot.

To be eligible for member rates, you must be a current financial member of the ANZSGM at the time of registration. Please visit the ANZSGM website and fill out the application form if required.
Breakfast Session tickets are $50 for in-person attendees and include breakfast catering during the session. Recordings of the sessions will be made available to virtual attendees free of charge within 24 hours after the session has finished.
Virtual attendees do not need to register for the breakfast sessions.
All fees are due upon registering and must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Any outstanding fees are to be paid by the registrant upon arrival at the event.
Credit Card
The conference only accepts Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments will appear on your statement as International Conferences & Events (ICE) Aust.

Please include your invoice number when submitting an EFT payment and provide a copy of the remittance to the Registration Manager at registration@anzsgmconference.org. Please check bank statements for correct details.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Amendments
Registration, social functions or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to registration@anzsgmconference.org.
Refunds on Registration
Cancellations received up to and including Monday, 19 April 2021 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Cancellations received between Tuesday, 20 April 2021 and Wednesday, 5 May 2021 will receive a 50% refund less $150.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, 5 May 2021.
Alternatively, your registration may be transferred to another person until Wednesday, 5 May 2021 at no extra cost. All amendments including transfers made after this date will incur a $40.00 administration fee.
Refunds on Accommodation
All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to registration@anzsgmconference.org. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Delegate cancellation received between 60 and 30 days to arrival will be payable equal to one night’s accommodation. This will be charged to the individuals credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
Delegate cancellation received within 29 days to arrival will be payable equal to full duration of booked stay. This will be charged to the individuals credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
Change of conference format
In-person registrations will be available to a strictly limited number of delegates due to venue capacity restrictions. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis to delegates.
In the instance where the conference is unable to proceed with in-person attendance for delegates, all in-person registrations will be automatically transferred over to virtual delegate registrations. Refunds will be automatically arranged to return the difference in ticket cost, should this happen. No action will be required from you to facilitate this process.
COVID-19 Contact Tracing
The safety and wellbeing of all attendees at ANZSGM 2021 is the Organising Committee’s number one priority. To support contact tracing, and to comply with the regulations and guidelines set by the Australian Government, the conference will keep a record of all registrant details as supplied during registration online, manually or at the conference.
By registering to attend the conference, you hereby consent for your information to be shared with the relevant Government and Health bodies in the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19 that requires contact tracing. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact the Organising Team at registration@anzsgmconference.org.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the event and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include:
The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Virtual Program Online Platforms
This event will be delivered as a hybrid model with an option to attend virtually. To optimise the experience for all virtual attendees, the event organisers will provide clear guidelines as to which systems should be used for optimum participation in the event. The event organisers, will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.
Please note that all conference sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on the online conference portal for up to 90 days after completion of the conference. Your image and/or participation in these sessions may be captured in these recordings.
Conditions
Arinex Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by Arinex Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless full payment has been received.
While attending the ASM you may be photographed and/or filmed. By registering for the ASM you agree to these mediums being used for promotional purposes.
Disclaimer
The Organising Committee, ANZSGM, and Arinex Pty Ltd:
• Reserve the right to change the program and social functions at any time without notice.
• Do not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason, including cancellation or postponement of the ASM or for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Do not take responsibility for injury or damage to a person, or their property, occurring during the ASM or associated activities.
• Do not accept any responsibility for insurance as this is not included in the registration fee. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual and participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
• Does not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by participants, in the event of industrial disruptions, natural disasters or communicable disease outbreaks.
• Advise that the opinions expressed by presenters are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee, ANZSGM and Arinex Pty Ltd.
