Prof Sarah Hilmer

Prof Sarah Hilmer (BScMed(Hons) MBBS(Hons) FRACP PhD) is a geriatrician and clinical pharmacologist at Royal North Shore Hospital, Australia. She is a fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Scientists (FAHMS). She was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her service to clinical and geriatric pharmacology in 2022. Her clinical work, translational research program at the Kolling Institute, teaching and policy contributions all aim to improve the outcomes of medications in older people to optimise ageing.
